SmashBod Abs Phase 1-3 Program is for anyone who is looking to burn fat while building a solid six-pack. Looking for a better body composition, a ripped midsection, or just trying to work those love handles' Then this is where you need to be. These three fast paced, high intensity phases of calisthenic tabata exercises are led by Brandon Carter. This program offers three 15 minute workouts that will push you towards a stronger core to enhance your personal activities of daily living. Not sure if you're ready to shred like a pro' Don't worry, because there are dual levels of difficulty for both beginners and advanced individuals in each phase. Work at a fast and serious pace during each exercise while focusing on your obliques and abdominals. Each phase will consist of eight exercises, including quick 20 second cool down periods that gradually get harder. The third phase is where you earn your SmashBod.
